Ingredients

• 1 lb sausage links
• 1 lb sauerkraut
• 12 oz beer
• 2 T caroway seeds

Instructions

1. Put the saurkraut in a skillet, pour in the beer, top with the seeds and then the sausages.
2. Simmer until the sausages are done.
3. Plate and serve.
